Class: Sun-Style Tai Chi 73 Form (Intermediate Level)

Sun-Style Tai Chi combines traditional Tai Chi with influences from Xing Yi Quan and Bagua Zhang. It is known as Tai Chi for Arthritis because its fluid movements can help improve joint health, potentially preventing arthritis or improving its symptoms. Practicing Sun-Style Tai Chi regularly improves blood circulation, strengthens muscles, and loosens the joints throughout the body.

In this session, students will learn the fundamental postures and stances of Sun-Style Tai Chi and receive detailed instruction of the second half of the Sun-Style Tai Chi 73 Form.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for intermediate-level students and all ages.

Note: The Fall 2021 session will cover the second half of the 73 Form, following-on from the Fall 2021 session, and will also include a detailed review of the entire Sun-Style Tai Chi 73 form.
