Class: Wu-Style Tai Chi Traditional Long (93) Form (Advanced Level)

Wu-style Tai Chi is called Tai Chi for fall prevention. It is characterized by small circle subtle techniques mixed with some large frame circular movements that are best for improving balance to prevent falls.

In this class students will learn the Wu-style traditional long (93) form. Students will practice foundational steps and techniques of Wu-style Tai Chi, refine the details of each form, and study their applications.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for intermediate-to-advanced level students who have already learned the Wu-style Tai Chi 13 Form, the Wu-Style Tai Chi 24 Form, or the Wu-Style Tai Chi 37 Form.
